We work with service providers who share our vision of environmental respect and support for local commerce. Our caterers prioritize seasonal products, selected based on availability, to offer fresh and environmentally-friendly cuisine that aligns with natural cycles.
They source mainly from local suppliers, thus favoring short circuits and reducing the carbon footprint related to transportation.
Aware of the logistical impact of events, we strive to optimize transportation by pooling deliveries and pickups with responsible vehicles. We also offer our clients a solution for recovering unused food through specialized organizations, aiming to minimize food waste as much as possible.
